rooms must be pre booked, we are unable to take guests who have not booked when you make a booking with us you choose the room you want*, and, if it is available, that is the room you will stay in, if it has already been booked then we shall notify you and you will need pick a different room * this applies only when rooms are booked direct, for any bookings via agencies rooms will be allocated on arrival the tariff for each room is shown below we do not have high and low season prices - prices are per room per night rooms accommodate up to two people monday to thursday £100 per room per night friday to sunday and bank holiday Mondays £110 per room per night
in response to guest requests we are delighted to offer gift vouchers— these can be for any amount and a redeemable against your stay — they are non refundable and our usual terms and conditions apply we do not take a deposit, and card details are required to confirm a booking - should a payment be required due to cancellation, or failure to show we shall use the card details given to take payment you can book online, or you can e mail, telephone or write us for availability we accept most debit cards — credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge written (or e mail) confirmation of a booking along with details of how to get here will be sent out, please check the details and notify us of any errors or omissions a full english breakfast, (to be taken in the dining room), is included in the price, if you choose to breakfast outside a continental breakfast will be provided we normally require a minimum 2-night stay; if available, single nights are released 2 days ahead we seldom take single night bookings but when we do there is a supplementary charge of £15, in addition we will take payment in full at the time of booking and this is non refundable

Dietary requirements: we regret that we are not able to accommodate anyone with a serious and/or life-threatening nut or food allergy as we cannot guarantee the provenance of every item of food in our kitchen. We try to cater for any other dietary needs, but as we are a small operation we cannot guarantee availability of specialist produce; we do offer gluten free bread and sausages; we can also accommodate guests who are following the slimming world programme WE ARE COMPLETELY NON SMOKING IN BOTH THE HOUSE AND THE GROUNDS
