WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHILDREN THE MINIMUM AGE IS 18YEARS
rooms must be pre booked, we are unable to take guests who have not booked when you make a booking with us you choose the room you want*, and, if it is available, that is the room you will stay in, if it has already been booked then we shall notify you and you will need pick a different room * this applies only when rooms are booked direct, for any bookings via agencies rooms will be allocated on arrival the tariff for each room is shown below click here to go the bedroom page we do not have high and low season prices - prices are per room per night rooms accommodate up to two people ash ~ £140 oak ~ £130 yew ~ £110 rowan ~ £110 there is a supplementary charge of £15 for single night bookings
we do not take deposits, but card details are required to confirm a booking - should a payment be required due to cancellation, or failure to show we shall use the card details given to take payment you can book online, or you can e mail, telephone or write us for availability we accept most debit cards — credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge written (or e mail) confirmation of a booking along with details of how to get here will be sent out, please check the details and notify us of any errors or omissions a full english breakfast, (to be taken in the dining room), is included in the price, if you choose to breakfast outside a continental breakfast will be provided we normally require a minimum 2-night stay; if available, single nights are released 2 days ahead there is a supplementary charge of £15 for single night bookings
rooms will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure

Dietary requirements: we regret that we are not able to accommodate anyone with a serious and/or life-threatening nut or food allergy as we cannot guarantee the provenance of every item of food in our kitchen. We shall try to cater for any other dietary needs, but as we are a small operation we cannot guarantee availability of specialist produce WE ARE COMPLETELY NON SMOKING IN BOTH THE HOUSE AND THE GROUNDS
