We love looking at pictures of houses and gardens, and when we are wanting to go on holiday ourselves it often helps us to decide whether we like the look of the place. As we haven’t got a separate page for our outside spaces: the hot tub, summerhouse and barbecue lodge so we decided to create a page for them which consists mainly of pictures. There are more pictures of the inside of the house too, if you scroll down |

the summer house—this is at the top of the garden and has fantastic views across to the sea— there are chairs inside and a folding table and chairs to take outside |

the barbecue lodge — halfway up the garden - there are steamer chairs on the decking to rest and admire the view you can use this as a place to sit, and lounge on kelim cushions snuggled under the reindeer skins, listening to the wind up radio in the centre is a fire pit barbecue an additional charge is made for it to be lit or used as a barbecue - we supply the fuel and you supply the food |
he hot tub and sun terrace have great sea views we use skin friendly chemicals in the hot tub which is available for guests to use until 9.30 pm the sun terrace has steamer chairs and a sumptuous love seat to relax on a continental breakfast can be taken on the terrace |

the courtyard—this is the entrance way into the house and for access to the rear garden |
the sun room - with superb sea and garden views this is the link between the main house and the annexe; this room gives access to the oak, elm and ash bedrooms, there are a couple of rocking chairs, binoculars and a telescope here too it opens out onto a decked terrace

the garden is still a work in progress — I think that is true of most gardens!!! we undertook some major work to create the terraces and banks from what had previously been a hill; this year we have planted the banks up , and luckily for us it rained and helped water them in when the planting had just been done, and so things are settling in nicely—we just hope the deer don’t decide to have a picnic!!! the trees we planted are also settling in well, but look a bit dinky compared to the ones that were here originally |
