We love looking at pictures of houses and gardens, and when we are wanting to go on holiday ourselves it often helps us to decide whether we like the look of the place.

with superb sea and garden views this is the link between the main house and the annexe;  this room gives access to the oak, elm and ash bedrooms, there are a couple of rocking chairs, and binoculars  here too, an ideal place to relax whatever the weather

all have fluffy towels; bathrobes; slippers and toiletries

ash    at the top of the house this characterful room has the best  views and a private balcony

furnished with a contemporary leather bed, and a sumptuous love seat positioned to take advantage of the fantastic sea view   the bathroom  has a whirlpool bath/shower/sauna

oak   with sea views and direct access to  a shared terrace, this room boasts a romantic king sized four poster bed, and a mix of antique and modern furnishings

The bathroom is modern and has a whirlpool bath shower/sauna

yew  at the front of the house  with views across fields to the sea this rooms opens onto a shared terrace; with a slightly art deco feel this room has a king size leather bed and mirrored furniture; the en suite bathroom has a steam shower unit.

rowan   at the rear or the house with views onto the garden, this room has a private terrace with table, chairs and steamer chairs; decorated in  a more traditional style it has an antique french double bed; the bathroom has a steam shower
